Module number two is all about self care, nutrition, mind and body. And I want to share with you guys, quick and dirty, why this is so important.


I have been preached this for a very long time, you know, my entire book of libraries that surrounds me in my office is all business, right? It’s relentless. It’s the pursuit of greatness. It’s straight talk, real numbers. It’s all of these incredible books on high performance habits, incredible authors, incredible teachers and leaders.

 

But so much of it was built on strategy.

 

And we go through different phases of life, different phases of business, different phases within seasons, that is life.


Coming off of a very heavy business structure, check the boxes – in our society especially, these are the things that you need to be successful, check each box to define who you are, and whether or not you can fit into the Society of success.


And I’m here to tell you that that’s not the way
As you define your strengths and your weaknesses, you start to understand and seek your treasure. what you treasure is your treasure.
diving deep within yourself, you are going to uncover so much greatness that is already there.


As you start to do that, it’s going to take change. as you start to uncover all of those little nuggets, it’s going to require you to acknowledge it in order to see it. And maybe you don’t see it at first, but you’re going to start seeing things differently. And as you start to see different, see things differently, you’re gonna start to seek differently. And then you start to get guided differently.


Rather than being guided by someone else’s business strategy and structure or roadmap and how to create success within your business environment, their answers, you’re going to start to rely more heavily on your intuition, your soul, the Universal Power, that’s all here guiding all of us that is far more powerful than any strategy on paper.


How do we get that?

How do we receive that?


Well, it’s through self care, is through nutrition, it’s through mind and body.


So when this concept started to become more in my life in my world, it came to me at a point where I was very black and white, I was very much looking at, you know, business planning and what is here within this plane. I started to see all of these different studies, I didn’t quite understand.


Yeah, okay. Why does self care matter?


That’s really great. But I don’t have time to sit and you know, make myself a fancy dinner every single night or I don’t have time to exercise tonight.
Are you kidding me? You go and work out for two hours a day.


That’s a joke or I don’t have time to even get myself deodorant right now.


It was not that long ago, where I would very much on the regular have no food, no deodorant, no toothpaste. That is not how you are going to create the success that you want in your life.


There are so many tools around us, that is training our mind to see abundance that is seeing opportunity that is seeing wealth, that is seeing happiness that is seeing beauty, and creating more and more and more of that in our world.


So as we start to, to make these changes in these shifts, what you will start to notice is that your body needs a different level of nutrients. Your mind needs a different level of nutrients.


What does that mean? That means everything.
Everything that you come in contact with, listen to, watch, read… it impacts what’s happening within your inner world – influences you.


As you make these changes, you notice your body seeking more nutrients, healthier foods with more energy. you need high energy, your body may be seeking additional sleep, more sleep cycles.


When we sleep, we dream. those dreams are also clues, higher intelligence coming through in our REM sleep cycles. So when we’re stressed out when we’re not sleeping, when or we’re depriving ourselves of these key elements of nutrients, we are starving ourselves of our lives and our dreams.


We’re starving ourselves of creativity.


Gary Vee has a philosophy about wearing the same outfit every day. He says that every decision you make takes energy, and you should save your energy for the things that matter. I disagree with him.
Dress your body, allowing yourself to feel beautiful. Giving yourself creative space multiplies your creative space. Space to design and play with the universal powers that are all around us. Change takes high energy, and you have to give that back to yourself.


It becomes a non negotiable to make healthier eating choices. That doesn’t mean never eating something that has a high calorie… calorie content… throw calorie content out the window. What is your body needing right now? antioxidants, vitamins
Live foods that give you energy. Not foods that take your energy, making you want to nap.
What are you reading? What are you watching? If you’re bingeing shows about murder, where do you think your mind is going?


Start reading, finding things that fill you up with creative ideas. Magazines, books, inspirational movies, videos, heartwarming.
Uplifting love, blocking the negativity and fear blasting out into our world.


We have to move our bodies to allow the energy to flow through, and not get stuck in our bodies. Bodies are meant to move.


There’s so much disease in this world right now. Not because our world is full of more cancer than it was many years ago, it’s what we are choosing to allow to grow in our life.


How are we taking care of ourselves?


When we have disease in our body, it’s dis ease, dis ease.


It’s not solved with a magic pill, there is not a magic solution.


It’s not going and getting a shot to make our world be a healthier place.


It is taking care of ourselves on a bigger scale on a bigger level.


Vitamin D, moving our bodies, feeling with happiness, versus allowing your mind to see all of the fear, our heart to feel it, chemicals released throughout our body literally making us ill.


Pay attention to what you are asking your mind and your body to see and to seek.


We have to pay attention to what it is that we are doing to nourish our body. What are we doing in return? How are we changing our state?


How are we able to have more fun, more play more joy, more happiness, not more work through the night, burning every Midnight Oil that there possibly is.


It’s the opposite. When you start taking exceptional care of yourself, you will start to make decisions differently, you will start to feel differently, you will become obsessed with it and you start to understand why when we are in this place when we are feeling healthy and strong, nourishing our minds meditation journaling, seeking the treasure that’s already within us opening up these new pathways.


We are welcoming and opening a higher intelligence to come through our minds and our bodies to work with us.

So we have to treat ourselves as that person that we are wanting to become, be it.
How do they treat themselves? How do they spend their time, give yourself time.
Give yourself time to go and play check out.
Allow that creative energy to flow. That’s when our best ideas come.

Our best ideas don’t come when we’re rocking out emails at midnight when we’ve worked 17 hour days, you will block all of the good things just so that you can be stressed out, doing the things that you hate.
Tthat’s the reality of this. Don’t block it. Open up to it.


In order to open up to it. You have to take exceptional care of yourself. Slow down, ground your energy, breathe.


Meditate, journal. Slow down and allow that energy to work with us to come to us.
That is a sprinkle of why we need to take better care of ourselves.


And if you want more, there’s so much more on this, you can look at so many of the studies that are happening right now and the science behind the energy and the intelligence and what it takes, look at some of the most successful people in the world.
Watch what they’re doing, how they’re treating themselves, what they’re committing to, how bad do you want change, we need to start making better choices, and how we operate, how we’re spending our time what we’re dedicating our time to.
And it might not be easy at first.


Notice the feelings that you’re getting, maybe it’s a morning routine, and you’re getting up 30 minutes earlier, so that you have a little bit of quiet time
you have a little bit of peace, that you can journal that you can have coffee before the kids wake up and get crazy.


Notice how you feel as you’re starting your day, versus constantly reacting, reacting to all of the fires
reacting to all of the things that are happening around us.


We don’t react, we are the solid center. The world can spin around us if we’re stepping into a higher state and higher, elevated lifestyle
that we know that we are deserving of. This is what comes first.
So give yourself that love. Give yourself that time and know that there’s so much beyond what you probably even know.


So just start feeling it, start committing to it and start noticing and listening to your body and asking empowering questions around it and see what comes to you. I promise. I promise coming from someone that has been in both places.


This way is the most beautiful way it is. It’s addictive. It’s addictive in all of the most incredible ways. It’s life and it’s beautiful. So I hope you have fun playing with this.
